Why on earth would the Obama administration secretly interrogate a Somali terrorist for 2 months at sea on a aboard a U.S. Navy ship, then bring him to New York City to stand trial in civilian court? Isn't that what the military facility in Guantanamo Bay is for and isn't this in complete contradiction of congressional intent and the will of the American people?
Is there a good reason to have a trial for terrorists in civilian courts, then lock them up in civilian prisons so they can proselytize and convert more Muslims to become radicals like themselves?
Little wonder that the Somali terrorists' capture wasn't announced until after he arrived in New York late Monday, avoiding congressional opposition to bringing him into the country.
